I have just visited the UBC Botanical Gardens and my husband and I loved the groundcover by one of the paths labelled Lonicera something or other which apparently is in your Jade Gardens book... I wrote down the name of the groundcover but in the press of Vancouver traffic and getting back to the hotel lost my notes. Probably thrown at some goof who passed me, honking... Can you give the proper name of this plant?

It is low but with rounded leaves in clusters which aren't particularly tiny; moderate-sized for a low-growing (3 inches or so) plant. Jade green!

I was surprised by the name Lonicera, as isn't that the same group as honeysuckle?

Great, saw all the posts, that's wonderful. Now all I have to do is find some Lonicera crassifolia.
