I'm really pleased to let you know that registration for the Maple Society of Britain and Ireland's Seed Distribution Program is now open! It's great to be able to send out seed again after a hiatus. We're excited about the quality and variety of the seed this year, collected from Borde Hill, Bedgebury, Sir Harold Hillier Arboretum, Westonbirt, Netherton Arboretum and several private gardens. You have to be a member of TMSBI to participate, but that doesn't mean you have to live in Britain or Ireland! Our offshore membership covers all www.tmsbi.org with a discount offer covering the final trimester of 2024 and 2025. For many of us, growing seed is one of the most exciting aspects of maples, so I hope you'll join us in this great program. Participation costs cover postage and handling, making this a true membership benefit. The seed is collected and mailed by our enthusiastic volunteers! -Emery
OK! Glad to have you with us, though I confess I don't understand! I will DM you. When you get processed, you'll see how to sign up (in the members' area) for the seed distribution. Cheers, -E
Just a reminder, registration for the Seed Distribution will close around Dec 1, 20204. Response so far is enthusiastic, but we've got lots of seed, so we hope you will join us! If you're not already a member of TMSBI, you can join at tmsbi.org -E
