Identification: Tiny Plant with Beefy Succulent-Like Leaves and White Flowers with Roughly 10 ~ 12 Petals

    Hello Everyone,

    Do you know what this plant is? It is very small - smaller than some of the small sedges around it, and not much bigger than the nearby moss. Its leaves are beefy like succulents, and its white flowers have roughly 10 ~ 12 petals.

    Location : Mount Seymour
    Elevation : 1300 m
    Season : Late July
