    Hi

I was woundering when is it a good time to pick kiwi?? I know it is best to pick them after first frost or when all the leaves are gone. please correct me if i'm wrong. it is almost the end of oct and we have not had the first frost yet, should i wait till it happens and what should i do if there is no frost this year. is there a time when i should just pick them anyways??

please can some one shed some light on this for me.
    thanks so much

    cheers
