    Hi ,
This is my first post and i need your help in identifying some of the plants i have

Plant 1:- Looks like parsley -- Very delicate plant, slender black/brown stems bear heartshaped light green leaves. The stems are long and droopy, with several leaves and offshoots . Looks very delicate and pretty.Leaves biternate, obcordate, cuneate base, emarginate apis.

Plant 2:- Looks like palm:- has a woody stem ( looks like a small tree, no , not bonsai) with the leaves only at the top. Kind of like a pipe with a fountain at the top. Leaves are long, flat, spiky and sharp -- dark green at center , lighter and ends and a white-maroon thin border at the edges. The stem has scarmarks (like a coconut tree trunk). Stem branches out into three upright branches at the top which are crowned with these leaves.Leaves linear, parallel, narrowly acute.

Plant 3:- Beautiful plant - looks like it has a pseudostem -- long leaves gracefully peel-off this stem . leaves are long , with light-yellow edges and sage-green centers. The stem looks like it is just a part of the leaf - because the leaf doesnt attach itself to the stem by any other petiole/node/midrib. The plant grows by curled leaves which unfurl from the top-center of this pseudostem.Plant is tall -- leaves at every 2 inch interval at base -- this interval decreases as we go up towards the tip..Leaves are long sessile, opposite, parallel, tips narrowly acute.

    Please help !

Despite the descriptive detail you have provided here I am also drawing blanks on all three so far.

I think that your Adiantum is more likely a cultivar of raddianum than capillus-veneris. Perhaps try a Google image search and compare. Joe
