Identification: This plant

Can anyone name this plant and offer care instructions? She's looking poorly; leaves are beginning to yellow!

Selloum Philodendron, Philodendron bipinnatifidum.

Depending on the blade size it could also be Philodendron xanadu. Very tough to make out for certain. Here's a link to photos and information for comparison:
