Hi, it is a Dracaena sanderiana, but is called lucky bamboo in stores. I have two of them growing in water and they seem to do well, but like low light.
Funny, I have mine in boggy soil and full sun, and they're around 3' tall from the 3" pots they started in last year...
I have two of these growing in semi moist soil with Syngoniums, mostly bright indirect, some sun, some dapple. The name, "Lucky bamboo" is a selling point...
well i jus yesterday transplanted some to dirt.....They are loving it! within 24 hours they were looking brighter and happier....or somehow less stressed out. anyways, thanks everyone
It's good you planted yours in soil. After being in water a year, or so, they can/will go down hill, turning yellow and mushy.
