    Interesting - the farther from the equator, the farther they lean.

    Are there any Cook pines (Araucaria columnaris) growing in the Vancouver area?

    No. I see one site that says they grow in zone 10-11, another says zone 9-12. I've seen them in San Diego and Hawaii.
