Could it be chives or some other member of the Allium family? Are those stalks hollow? Does it have an aroma?

Is it close to a wet area? Looks sort of like a rush.

Does the stalk arise from a bulb?

Probably Juncus effuseus, which likes it damp. The raspberry may be small and yellow due to the conditions being suited to the rushm raspberries need good drainage. Since the huckleberry is a heath family plant adapted to low nitrogen conditions, and looks okay the combination of responses may indicate that your potting mixture has become old and partially decomposed.

Knocking them out and re-potting in fresh mix would also be a way to get the rush loose from the other plants.
