    WOW, congratulations!!! YES, the genus is OK, it's Polygonatum... (Species ID? :)

    Lila, can I add an extra credit berry? I'd sure love to know what this one is! I'll even give clues: red berries, pinkish-purple flowers, grows wild in Palm Beach County, Florida.
