Wal-mart is selling these trees at xmas time. We where told that the pine tree,s could be planted out side, after xmas ? WE are located just south of lake ontario.( hamilton)Will these tree,s make it through the winter, or are they an in door tree ?
Though this plant is a conifer, don''t be misled: Araucaria heterophylla is not a true pine and will not survive winter weather.
