If it is a seedling rather than a grafted plant, then it won't be any named cultivar (unless you decide it is worth naming as a new cultivar!).

It does not look like any cultivar I have ever seen either. There are a few cultivars such as Beni komachi that are known for weird and odd shaped leaves, but not the same colour as that one.

One possibility is that the mutations could have been caused by exposure to chemicals or weedkiller, or other stressful event. If so it will probably return to normal next year.

I agree with Maf, better wait until next season to verify that you are not in face of an external factor that triggered the leaf shape and texture you have now. As shown, I cannot name a cultivar with similar features.

One more thing was, that there were two of them at the garden center! and the other one that i didn´t by, had one normal atropurpureum branch among all the other weird branches?(reversation?)
My first thought was that it was an early damage to the buds that caused it,but why not all? or why are the new shoots also weird looking?
Have there been any records of pestesides causing that type of damage?
    can underwatering cause this?
    I appreciate your input!
    lets us figure this out.
My biggest problem is that i´m very inpatient....next year, sooooo far away...
    I think it´s a beutiful plant,what do you think?

Hi zonebreaker, I was browsing some older threads here looking for info on a different topic when I came across this thread: http://www.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=37433. Seems somewhat similar to your plant. Note the comments in post #14 by NJACER about palmatums affected by roundup. I hope that is not the case with your plant but either way you will have to wait till next year to know.

Very interesting thread! i surely hope that it´s not roundup that caused it.The other comment on bugs are also likely. It´s really fun to see another plant with the same curly look
As you said, i must wait and see.
