I am attaching a lilium orientalis (stargazer) as my practise flower - not a rare flower however a special one as it was the first subject done with my birthday camera, a Nikon D3000. It has been great and I look forward to spending a lot more time capturing beautiful/unusual close up plant photos to send in.
