The first posting was a Snagit image from what I thought was the pdf file, but maybe I don't have the high quality version that went to the printer.

This one is my own 300 dpi scan of the printed document, then a Snagit image of that, as the image was more than 7.82mb.

This is my own 200dpi scan, uploaded directly.

Are either of these so much of an improvement over the image in the original posting that they're worth the considerable extra work? The text is less blotchy, but I can't deal with the grey shading without affecting the text.
