    Okay, now they get tougher...

The 5th one I am thinking Rosary Pea or perhaps Puncture Weed.

If it is, then I need to move it as it is now under some huge oaks and pine trees.

Well at least the agreement is some type of Mulberry. The pictures seem to favor that what I have is Paper Mulberry. Thank you very much for the replies.

#5 (#3) looks like Creeping Milkvetch.

From what I read, the leaves are too short to be Creeping Milkvetch.

Does the vine have tendrils? I also can't tell if it has opposite or alternate leaves.

This picture was taken last year as most that I have post were and since then the cold weather has gotten to them. I have yet to see this one making a come back yet. So I can't tell you one way or another if it had tendrils. As to whether the leaves are opposite or alternate, neither. They are better described as "whorled" having 3 and 4 leaves at the same location on the stem.
