hey!! i have a curry leaf plant for a year and its only a feet tall. I have it in a wide pot. does picking its leaves help it grow more. i give it water as ofen as it needs and citrus fertilizer once a month. but i wanted to ask what did you mean by " give it lime". is it lime juice? if it is, then should it be diluted and given to roots. please help me. i cant wait to use its leaves and help it grow faster.

(moved from archived thread, hence the part about "giving it lime" probably looking a bit out of place at the moment)

Lime generally refers to Calcium carbonate. That would be TOTALLY unnecessary in Austin, Tx.
as our alkaline soils and water supply Lime in abundance.

I thought Murraya prefers acidic soils, at least that's the case with M. paniculata.
