tempture range Firesticks Euphorbia Pencil cactus

what tempture range is comfrountable for a Firesticks Euphorbia Pencil cactus?

 

I left one out a couple of winters ago, and it died when the temps dropped below freezing.

 

Native to South Africa deserts. I'd suggest a winter minimum of 10°C, and a summer maximum of 35° to 40°C.

Keep it on the dry side in winter, somewhat moister in summer but still getting nearly dry between waterings.
