i planted a tangerine tree in 04' now it is about 6 feet tall,it was 2feet tall when i got it. year 1 4 tangerines year 2 5 tangerines a hurricane came thru after that and i havent got a tangerine since. i fertilize occasionally. and now there is a black film on the leaves. Any words of advise. p.s. 2 tangerines are on the tree now
