Hi, I'm new here- I have this houseplant that is lovely, but I'm not sure what it is, or how to care for it. I've had it for about a year now, and it's just getting too big. I'm not sure what to do with it from here on in.... I really want to keep it, but if it gets much taller, I don't know that I will be able to. It has large heart shaped leaves and just grows tall and doesn't drape like an ivy plant. It's got roots coming up from the pot, so I'm nervous it is getting pot bound. Any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks, Danni :)
Might be Monstera deliciosa. This is a climbing plant. Try a larger pot, able to hold a stake to which you can tie the plant.
