Tall grassy plant needs id... can anyone help me with this please? The tall, grass-like clump in the center of the photo grows in a friend of a friend's garden in Quallicum Beach on Van. Island - a perennial, it reaches a height of 12' or so. I think this would be an ideal privacy screen for a section at the front of my garden. Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
