    Hello
What evergreen plants will grow to fifteen feet at least and form dense hedging/screening with sun after 3 pm only? Would any thuya or would western red cedar tolerate this location??

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Yew would be better. With that much shade, Thuja will grow, but won't be dense.

Yews are slow. You could be waiting 20-30 years for a yew hedge to grow 15' tall. If you want quick effect you will have to use something fast, like bamboo. Hardy clumping kinds that make dense elegant screens without popping up yards away from the main plant are on the market here. Start by looking for Fargesia spp.
