I'm pretty sure Sweet Woodruff is in this pic. What is the other plant, same growth habitat, fall blooming yellow flower (Kaiserslautern, Germany...btw: is there a 'zone' designation in Germany similar to that in the US?)

According to this article, this plant is wrongly identified in the trade and is more likely to be a Melampodium species or hybrid than a Sanvitalia.

    Thanks Axel.
Most interesting ..but to a complete amateur I found it a bit confusing.
This very cute yellow flower, with very neat small dark green leaves can be found all over UK .
It is especially popular in pots and in hanging baskets.
The flowers are prolific, very small and rather distinctive in having a green centre.
In Britain they are sold as Sanvitalia "Aztec Gold."

So correctly it should be called Melampodium Aztec Gold.
