Swamp Tree

Hi,
A couple of people have referred to this as a "Swamp Tree"

I'm wondering what it's real name is?

It is not disimilar in shape to a Koelreuteria.....is it one of those?

Light brown lightly fissured bark with silver, almost white new branch growth.

Difficult to get a shot of the tree as it is buried in amongst a bunch of evergreens.
