We have a super cherry tomato plant in the vegetable garden for the first time this year. The tomatos grow in bunches of 8-10. The first bunch has one tomato starting to turn red. Does the whole bunch need to be red before they are harvested?

No, once the one has turned red, you can eat that one, but don't harvest the others yet.
