sun or shade for Comfrey plants URGENT

    Hello

    I got 3 Comfrey plants to help my compost etc.
    What do they like SHADE or SUNHINE ( Canadian sunshine that is in Vancouver!!)
    Thanks looking forward to an URGENT reply.. so I can plant them a.s.a.p
