My sumac tree is not fruitful, it actually gave fruit the last year then they fall off and they were fragile! What shall I do with it?

According to Wikipedia, Sumacs are dioecious, which means that they produce male and female flowers on separate plants. Perhaps you have a male sumac; only the females have fruit. Or you could have a female with no nearby male to pollinate it. About the only thing that you could do is to determine the sex of your plant and buy an appropriate mate.
