I have a north facing balcony on the fourth floor. I have been living here for a number of years and would love to plant some flowers on the balcony- They would be in open shade - It can be windy in the spring and winter on the open corner side. I have 4 beautiful pots that I can place on the top rail of the balcony. I would love any suggestions. Thank you
