    1.0.3 doesn't seem to work on my test (and actually moves the Preview... button into a funny place, bottom left of the screen)

    You're lucky. :)
    In Edge, the Preview button isn't there at all, and no preview pane either. In Chrome, which has the Preview pane, I found where you're saying the Preview button is, but it's not there in Edge.
