Identification: Succulent plant, please help identify!

    I have had this small succulent plant for about 2 months, and there has been a drastic change in its appearance! There's a very thin stem growing from the center at a fast rate, and there is a small bud at the top. I have the plant sitting on my tv next to the window, thought it might be too cold on the windowsill. Dying to know what I have and what's happening! Thanks for the help :)

    You Haworthia is about to flower. H.retusa perhaps?

    The cyclamen in the middle have produced nice berries. You can propagate it now.
