Can anyone please identify this sub-alpine plant ? - the leaf and flower seem to match Saxifraga cernua, but there are no obvious bulblets. Also region seems wrong - observed at Mt. Arrowsmith snow bowls, ca 1200 m altitude, 8 July 2017.

Many thanks for the I.D. - I am fairly new to BC botany, having learned most of mine in New Zealand.
