Last week I noticed a yellow (mustard) fungus on the base of my oak it looks almost like powder. I have looked every where and can't find anything. Well it went away and then it came back on the other side today and it has grown in size today. Any help would be great.
The frist pic is of the spot it was in last week.

Thank you so much for the link. Now How do I get rid of it? And is it harmful to my kids?

It's not known to be harmful to anyone. On another link we were all discussing how some have even tasted this slime.
You're children are safe...even if they tried to eat it.
It should be gone with-in days. Sometimes they re-occur but that is purely because it's food is still available. It helps greatly with decomposition and is even believed to help growth of you're plants.
