    Mark,
Isolate that plant! Sit down with a box of Q-Tips and a bottle of alcohol (Isopropyl not gin). I pour a bit of alcohol into a shot glass or similar, dip the Q-Tip in it and wipe them off making sure you get into all the cracks and crevasses. Some people dilute the alcohol half and half but I use it straight. It evaporates so fast there is no harm done to the plant. Then throw what's left in the glass away. It's a bit time consuming but works. Keep the plant isolated until it is completely free of nasty little white thingamajigs. This may take several weeks, but keep at. Check other plants that were nearby for infestations also. Just be glad it's not a 6 foot ficus. ;-))))) barb

Thanks for the advice, Barbara. Lucky the plant is rather small indeed ;)
