this vine seed was given to me. don't know much about it other than the following: dies in winter, starts new from seed the next spring. flowers, grows rapidly. attached is a pic of vines starting to grow. i live in madison alabama. zone 7. thank you so much for your help. sincerely bryan

I think the above poster nailed it. Cypress Vine is its common name. Little black tear drop shaped seeds. The pack I have has red,pink,and white 5 pointed star flowers.
im looking forward to telling the person who gave me the seeds about it. not sure what color these flowers will be. bryan
