Shape of the flowers don't look right for Rhus. Close in, those flowers are beautiful and fringed. I was wondering where this pic was taken, is inside a greenhouse or growing locally outdoors?
Thank you, all! It is indeed the closest match to sumac. It is growing in a Moscow garden. I never saw it in a wild.
