Strange shrub with unusual berries?

    Hi everyone

    I've just moved into a house with lots of shrubs and I don't know what many of them are. Do any of you know the name of this shrub, and if it is poisonous? (It's a little cold here right now so it looks a little limp in the pics.)

    Older, fruiting plants here with a more shrubby (rather than vine-like) habit often appear to be reversions of 'Silver Queen'.
