Strange Plant in flower bed

    Hi,

    This odd plant is growing right through the center of my hardy hibiscus. Is it a weed? I've never seen anything like it.

    Yup, Verbascum thapsus - Mullein. Weedy weedy weed, I'd be pulling it out if I were you. Pretty flowers, though.
