Recently, I have found several "Stinkhorns in my yard, in the grass, about 4-5 feet from a Golden Chain Tree. Poked around this site and found it/them. They are bright orange but have no brown slime on them. I have been taking care of this yard for 4 1/2 years and have never seen such an item. According to the posts, The only way to rid the yard of them is to replace the dirt. How far down to dig, and are they toxic ? How far will they spread ?

I had stinkhorns in one area of my yard a few years ago. I never had them again. I did nothing to get rid of them.
