    Might be a lipstick plant, Aeschynanthus.

    Yeah, Aeschynanthus would be my guess as well. The picture's too small to tell which one, though.

    The Leaves are mottled green an the top and red on the underside as the photo shows.

    The flowers never opened.

    Think It is the Black Pagoda variety
