Does anyone know what type of vegetable this is ? perhaps some type of winter squash.. Thanks for your help.
It almost looks like a Cousa Squash (Lebanese Zucchini) Here is picture: http://www.veseys.com/ca/en/store/vegetables/squashsummer/specialtysquash/magdasquash It is actually a summer squash.
does kinda look like the cousa squash.. if thats the case, then mines probably over-ripened. they are getting a little darker green and bigger by the day..
