    Re: Nasturtians

I have another question. I love wild violets and have many around my house in pots. I decided to get some seeds of different colors ( i have had them in the refrigerator for three months) and wonder if it is too late to throw the seeds outside or should i plant them in seed flats ? Do they need bottom heat to sprout and do i need to have them in the light or would the top of my refrigerator do until they sprout ?

    Thanks so much.

Throwing them outside isn't likely to produce good results.
I'd plant them in a flat and transplant them to a shady
area of your yard once they have three or four true leaves.
On top of the fridge may work but light is just as important!
