Hello, I have a small 3ft hedge which has been planted for 3 years, it is in very poor condition. Some of it has very little leaves while the rest had been doing so well sprouting new growth, but disaster in the past 2 weeks the new growth has turned completely black and crumbles. I would love some advice on this so i can have a healty hedge.Thank You
