I have three fuchsia arborescens that are about 1 to 2 feet tall. I am thinking of leaving them outdoors over the winter (or maybe just one of them, as an experiment). I always work under the assumption that the minimum temperature here over the winter will be -12C, or about 12F, but they would be fairly close to the house and under cover so they should not get any colder than 15F. Does anyone have any idea whether they are likely to tolerate that temperature?

    They most likely won't.

Should be protected, will not be hardy in Vancouver.
