Spanish Lavender...Year-round resemblance?

Hello,

I am wondering about Spanish lavender (Lavandula stoechas) and how it looks year round. If planted in a fairly maritime, full sun, and low elevation location, how will it look in the fall and winter? Does it look scraggly in those dormant seasons, or does it still look relatively good?
