South Africa / Kalahari / purple flowers with long thin leaves

Here are flowers seen in the South African Kalahari in january, during the rainy season.
The flowers have a tube (pict 2) and grow near the ground while the thin leaves grow up and straight over the flowers
There were some of these flowers in the same area, but they were not growing close one to another. They were quite scattered.
