    Hello,
i need help, i'm really desperate. i bought a petra croton palnt 3 weeks ago and put in on my balcony. My plant leaves are all dead and falling. I do water it every 3 days. i don't know what went wrong. Is it the outside freezing temperature? is it going to grow again if i use fertilizer? what should i do, or is it over?
    Desperate greener....

If it was exposed to freezing temperatures for long it is probably dead. It is a house plant and does not really tolerate cool temps well. It wants to be at room temp or above.
