I have been tryying to find a supplier of neem oil to eradicate this. Does anyone know who stocks this? I Live in South Delta.
Apparently, too many people were circumventing the approved use of neem oil (a "leaf shine" product) to use it for an unapproved purpose (pest management), so Health Canada has clamped down on vendors who are selling it until such time as it becomes an approved pesticide (see this article, or this article, or a Google search will find a few more discussions about it).
Thank you. So what is the best product to eradicate those scale insects on the bottom leaves of camellia that lead to sooty mold?
