Somethings eating my peace lilly and it looks like fungus too

Please help me. I have huge peace Lilly’s in my pool area that’s screened in. I live in SW Florida. It leaving something slimy behind but we can’t see the bug. I’m thinking a snail. But it’s also mold
The baby plant next to it has some sort of fungus now and is dying fast. I’m trying to save it.
My plant is old and huge! Needs to be re-potted but the pot it’s in is huge. I think I’m gonna split it but how do I stop the bug and mold?
