Hello everyone! I am in need of some plant help. I have a dwarf schefflera, I believe. It looks very similar to this picture. http://www.puyallup.wsu.edu/Hort/Hort332/images/plantlist/dwarf%20schefflera.jpg Recently I took my buddy outside for some fresh air and it got tipped over. I am not sure how long, but I guess for a few minutes. The tip of some of my leaves have wrinkled and die while the rest of the leaves on that particular branch are fine. Now some random leaves are starting to turn purple and fall off. There also is a spider that has created a web in between some of the branches. I am not sure if it the fall or the spider, but I want to save my plant! Any help is much appreciated! ~WeeMan~
House plants can sunburn in a few minutes in bright sunlight. I doubt the spider did any damage and can be squirted with water to encourage it to relocate elsewhere. HTH Chris
I have it on a free counter in my kitchen. It is not directly in front of a window. I wont take it outside anymore, either. Thanks for the help and I will give my little creepy crawly his eviction notice. :) ~WeeMan~
