    Hi all,

This was in a beautiful tropical themed flower arrangement I recieved as a gift. What is it? Is it possible to root it if I put it in soil?

    Thanks in advance!

Leaves look like those of Cordyline fruticosa.

Agree with Ron, and yes you can try rooting it in soil, try some rooting hormone or Honey...

Great, I'm so excited now! Should I cut off the leaves? How long will it take to root, a few weeks?

Personally I would take a couple of the lower leaves off. It will probably take around a month or so to root
