Where on Vancouver Island would I do a soil test, my hydrangea bush is next door to a line of cedar bushes. Thanks for the answers to my other question. I sense that I have high acidity in the soil.

As you probably know, the hydrangea flowers will confirm the pH for starters (mine are various muddy pink/purple tones coz my soil is right around 7...but most places on the coast are definitely acid and will produce nice blue blossoms).

I would pop into the biggest full serve garden centre in town and ask them about soil testing locations...if no-one here can answer first.
